Diagnose and repair 5th wheel landing gear major operational problem. The landing gear gearbox & motor were very inaccessible, making the repair very
difficult. Joe and one of his very talented technicians devised a plan to create access to the area and then fabricated a much needed part on site to get the landing gear working well again. |

J&L is the only repair and installation facility I will trust with my RV. Joe has a great family run operation. Been going there with all my RV needs for many
years now. Even though he was extremely busy, he saw the situation I was in (with landing gear not working I could not get the trailer off of the truck) and Joe had it fixed before the end of the day so I could head home. Quality work every time. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | First of all, this is a family run business and they really are great to deal with. Their work is excellent and they got me in and out in short order, since I was waiting. I drove 1 1/2 hour each way and they are worth it. They have a nice waiting area and a really clean restroom...always appreciated! | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I have to advise everyone that this shop is outstanding. I trust this repair shop so much that I actually drove over 100 miles just for them to work on my 38' Gulfstream. They stand by their workmanship as well as being fair and honest, and that is hard to find these days. | ||

Warranty repair for my 09 Grand Junction. Wiring short
locate and repair, and black tank dump valve replacement in covered underbelly of rig. I also had them purchase and install a new roof mounted fully automatic fold up High Definition Winegard satellite dish. Our TV was located in a slide making the installation a much more difficult task. |

What a refreshing experience. A family run operation where the pursuit of customer satisfaction is obvious. Great bunch of knowledgeable hard working friendly people. Joe spent 1/2 hour going over our concerns when we dropped the rig off. A detail oriented guy.
When we picked it up, Joe and a technician spent 45 minutes showing us how the new dish operated. Quality work at a fair price.-- Spoiled now, will never go anywhere else. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This company has since moved from their Glendora address. That location was very difficult to get into but we would go there again in a minute because of the quick, professional service. They were recommended by Carriage and all communication was done between them. All we had to do was show up (which we did early because of the location). They got us in immediately and the extensive work done in less time than expected. EVERYTHING that they touched was completed with the utmost care and they took all the time we needed for explanation and discussion. | ||
