I had several issues with my 2010 Montana. Refrigerator wasn't cooling, one of my fantastic fans was out, and I had a small
leak above my shower. Joe came out to look at the unit. He repaired the leak on the spot and didn't even charge me because he said it only took a few minutes to fix. His office team called in the work to my warranty company and kept me informed during the whole process. |

After repairs were approved Joes crew came out to finish the work. His techs were not wearing any uniforms but knocked on the
door and politely introduced themselves. They did good work and did so in a timely manner. |

The work done was the result of a storm.
The RV was in need of replacing its roof and awning. Also a shield applied to the noise of my 2013 Big Horn and the front porch light was also replaced. |

From the time that I got the estimate; I
felt like the RV was in good hands. Each and every person at this company showed me nothing but respect. They stayed in close contact giving updates on the progress of work completed and what else was to be done.You would have thought that I was the only customer by the quality of service given which would be better than a 10. The work done by this company was better than when I purchased the RV. I'll use them again if needed in the future...you should too. |

Replaced furnace electronics board. Repaired two leaking water lines.
Installed mud-dauber screens on furnace and water heater vents. |

Excellent work. Thorough and clean. No surprises on invoice. Offered suggestions on work I
could complete myself if I wished to in order to save money. While he was here to do my work, he adjusted my neighbor's water heater and offered do-it-yourself tips to save him money. Didn't charge him anything. Very fair and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended! 5 stars! |

The technician was very honest and up-front, having explained how easy this work is and suggesting that I might want to do it myself, rather than to pay him. I chose to have him do it since I don't like plumbing.
His work was excellent. He was prompt, called first, charged exactly what he estimated, and he cleaned up when finished. |
