  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Purchased a Rookwood from Driftwood RV in Aug 2018 and have had
nothing but problems. Over a dozen warranty issues, the worst being that
the fresh water tank fell out when driving. Driftwood RV 's answer is do not
travel with water in your holding tank. They attempted to fix it by adding
tacking up a piece of angle iron with 2 sheet metal screws to support 40
gals/ 350 lbs of water. Ridiculous, inadequate and extremely unsafe.
Driftwood wasn't going to guarantee the work yet they wanted me to sign
off on it. The GM Bob Androkotis told me to take it somewhere else and not
to come back they were done. $1000 later I am having the work they
attempted to perform redone.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Owned the camper 7 months it has been in the shop for 5 months. The staff
was extremely rude, unprofessional and they are complete hackers in the
service department. STAY AWAY FROM DRIFTWOOD RV!

  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   Diagnosis of refrigerator. They installed 1 1/2 years ago. Told them the problem and all they did for the fee was plug it in and said need a new unit. No
explanations on what they did. Unit was refurbished from my insurance and only had a one year warranty.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   DID nothing but steal $125 fee. They just thought I would take their advice and buy the new one. Checked around they were $450 more for the same unit!
Went to pickup MH and manager was very arrogant and told me to take the MH somewhere else. They couldn't even get it out of the garage! Service
manager didn't even know about electrical shut off!! They killed the batteries. Manager came up to me with his tail between his legs to ask how to fix the
situation!! Didn't even know where the plug was. I plugged the unit in and waited for enough charge to bring the steps up! Really POOR SERVICE!! Do not go
there. Manager said they have enough business and they don't need a SIX year customer!!

  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Provided and installed a new 5th wheel hitch.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Actual installation work was satisfactory. The problem was that the dealer was asked to install an existing hitch (Hidden Hitch brand) I already owned. The dealer claimed that they didn't have the necessary parts and that it would require several days to obtain them. I had to have the hitch immediately as I had just purchased a used travel trailer and had to remove it from a local RV campground to return to my home in upstate New York. The dealer told me my only choice was to purchase the entire hitch new from them.

After paying them for the new hitch and work I returned to the campground to take possession of my travel trailer and compared the Hidden Hitch to the new Reese hitch. I found that the installation rails were interchangeable and that my Hidden Hitch brand hitch would drop right into the installed rails.

These were experienced RV and 5th wheel service technicians who knew the installation kit was generic and would have worked with my Hidden Hitch. They simply lied to me to accomplish the sale of a new hitch. I noticed a couple of their employees were embarrassed by this but were not honest enough to step forward and stop the subterfuge.

  Service Performed:   Replaced Inverter, installed by-pass to hot water heater, installed new furnace.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very good service, did the job promptly.
