While initially pleased with Paul's work, the same day upon completion of his service my "FAULT" message returned.
Furthermore, now I no longer have electrical heating of the Aqua Hot system. While Paul vowed to return at no charge should I experience any problems, I've called Paul several times, leaving messages and he does not return calls. Very dissatisfied with his service. |

I am a Maintenance Supervisor by trade so I am practiced at evaluating technicians. Paul is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable. He enjoys teaching you
about your unit if you have a desire to learn, and genuinely cares about both you and your unit. He made suggestions to improve the installation and serviceability of the system and then made those changes at an excellent price. I wish that all technicians that I hired were more like Paul. I feel that the value I received was worth every penny that I paid. I highly recommend that if your Aqua Hot or Hydra Hot needs attention that you contact Paul Lancy. |

Aqua Hot/ Hydro Hot Service. It's all he does, and he does it well! Our HH died (diesel burner wouldn't fire). Paul came to our campground,
diagnosed the problem and returned 2 days later with the parts. Voila! Hot water again! |

| Service Performed: | Hydro-Hot unit, installed on the motorhome, was leaking boiler fluid. | ||

Paul and his son, Robert, came to our campsite and checked the unit. They found no obvious leaks. They did however discover that the cap for the boiler tank was wrong. It was a 7 pound cap rather than the correct 13 pound cap. The cap as replaced.
Paul and his son are authorized factory service for Aqua-Hot products. |
