Roof seal, fix dash air conditioning, breaks, shocks, tires, installed a residential refrigerator, installed an induction cook
top (replacing LP gas), fixed the co-pilot chair (lock in forward facing position and leg lift), replaced slide out seal, replaced steering linkage. |

I can not say enough good things about the ProTech team. We are full timers and on a tight schedule. All the work listed was
accomplished in 4 days! I admit we were fortunate that they could take us in and dedicate their resources to us for that length of time. That said, the amount of work and the quality is like nothing I have ever experienced. We will definitely arrange our travels to return to ProTech. |

Leaking roof was the main thing. But also had some bulging panel along the outside. Cruise control was out and it needed a good servicing. Also generator
was out. |

From the moment we got there they listened to what you had to say. They inspected your vehicle and worked with you. They kept you informed on their
progress. And was completed in a very timely manner. And well with in our budget. They made you feel like you were family. I would and have passed on to my friends. |

| Service Performed: | Corrected severe drivers window leak that had been there from day one and thus had caused some severe underneath and behind the carpet and wall problems. In addition did several other things as requested as well as a complete PM. | ||

We went to ProTech, Inc. after researching other RV facilities in the Charleston area and have found them to be at the top of the recommendation list. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Very poor, compressor they installed failed in less the two weeks and had to be replaced in Las Cruces, NM. Called ProTech and they said to send them the bad compressor, which I did, and they would reimburse me the cost of replacing it. To date I have not receive any reimbursement from Pro Tech despite numerous letters. Stay away from this bad business! | ||

Great Job. Dropped MH off at 8:00 AM and work was finished by 1:00 PM. Did the adjustment and did not try to replace brake shoes unnecessarily. Checked out the entire Auto Park system as well.
I had visited ProTech once before for a second opinion on a worn ball joint. Their mechanics checked it out and advised me that the ball joints were indeed worn but did not need replacing yet. Did not charge for the inspection. Nice to do business with somebody who doesn't try to cheat or overcharge simply because you drive an RV. |
