| Service Performed: | My automatic Power Gear levelers malfunctioned. I had one touching the ground and the other three where each at a different height. They would not go up or down. The LED's were flashing and the alarms were going crazy. I could not get the touch pad to turn off. It was Sunday and I needed to get home (6 hours away) so I could go to work on Monday. And it had been raining all night and all day. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I thought NO ONE is going to come out on Sunday to try and get me back on the road. But, after contacting Good Sam Emergency Road Service I got a call from Valley saying they would be there in about 1 1/2 hours. Two guys from Valley arrived in that time period in a big roadside repair truck. (the kind you see fixing 18 wheelers). They were both well dressed, clean, respectful and went right to work. They even took their shoes off when they needed to enter the RV. They got 3 jacks to go up. Found the fourth one to be broken and removed it, placing it in one of my storage compartments. Took them less than 2 hours to track down the problem and get me back on the road. | ||
