Took in our RV for a problem with the slide out. It pulled out while traveling and also did not close correctly. After three weeks we were told it was fixed and took 2 hours of labor for an adjustment. They had no information as to what was adjusted, just that the factory, Fleetwood, would not cover adjustment. Went to pick up our RV only to find it was not fixed and that our battery in the engine was dead. After another week I called Giant RV and they informed me that they needed to get a part for the slide out. They then told me our battery, that was fine when we took our RV in, was now no good. I told them I no longer wanted any of there service and would be there to pick up our RV the next day. Giant RV seemed to be adding to my problems. When I picked up our RV it seems they were able to miraculously fix the slide out and our battery has been fine. They did lie on the paper work when we went to pick up our RV saying we brought it in for a bad battery. We had them remove their lie from the paper work before signing.
