Class A - Diesel
I had a problem with the start circuit on my 2005 C-9 Cat engine. I would get a fault code after a cold start. I call Tractor and Equipment's service department and the service manager told me to bring it up the next morning and they would hook it up to the diagnostic computer and see what was wrong. He told me he was not sure they would have time to fix it but would try their best. They got my rig in as soon as I arrived found the problem and fixed it.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
I found Tractor and Equipment to be very professional and their mechanics very knowledgeable and helpful. They were careful while working in the coach to not track in grease by wearing booties over their shoes and didn't grumble to much about the poor access to the engine from under the bed. This is my second visit to a Cat dealer and both were excellent!!
