| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We phoned for an appointment a few days earlier. Arrived at appointment on time, 10:30 AM. Camping World service manager advised us to wait with the rig in the parking lot, that a technician would come out to tell us to take the fiver to a service bay or to drop it for them to move. No one came out. After an hour, we went to the service manager asking if and when something was going to happen. Camping World service manager explained that Camping World has agreements with Alpin Haus sales and service (they share the building), that service is performed by Alpin Haus, that Camping World has no control over Alpin Haus service department. He said that he had called Alpin Haus twice to tell them we were waiting. Since he could not tell us if or when anything would be done, we left and will never go back there again. Gross Neglect. | ||

| Service Performed: | Routine service-Oil & filter change and chassis lube. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Oil and filter were changed but the chassis was never lubed. I discovered the omission when I went underneath the vehicle for another reason. It was obvious that it was never lubed. | ||
