  Date of Service:   3/1/2019
  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Initial set up.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Sleazy, weird, awful. The tech (Aaron) that was supposed to give us
our post purchase walk-through didn't show up after three pages
and forty minutes. They reassigned another tech. On the way out to
the yard through the service dept. I saw Aaron the Tech snoring at
his work station.

Shipping panel blanks on the interior were not removed.

They promised me a jack wheel for the hitch. The one they gave me
wouldn't fit. I brought it back. The parts department said they
couldn't find the correct size anywhere. I Googled one from the
manufacturer in ten minutes online at home and ordered it.

Most seriously, someone misaligned the battery box so that the lid
wouldn't clear the propane canister. Instead of moving it two inches
and reinstalling four screws, they hacked the corner off the lid with
a saw. The tech pretended he didn't see it. When I got it home and
investigated the problem, I found two inches of rainwater in the
battery box. It only took me five minutes to fix the problem with a
cordless drill and a new lid. This one incident speaks volumes
about the service department at Freedom. Friends of mine have
similar (much more expensive) horror stories.

The sales staff was great, the trailer itself is great, but I would never
go there for even the simplest service. Imagine if they took a
hacksaw to something more delicate than a battery box that was
hidden deep inside where a customer couldn't readily see it.

Company Contact:   Brad White, Srvc Mgr
  Work Done on:   Class B
Service Performed:   Replaced 2 trunk door hinges. Have
gone to them for multiple repairs
since 2012.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent. Had to order parts from
Canada. Parts came in expected time
period. Brad is very knowledgeable &
although he's the service manager he
personally made an adjustment on 1
door's alignment when his techs were
not there because they had already
had gone home at end of day. He has
told me repairs of repairs I thought
it might need, but did not. He has
saved me money!

  Date of Service:   2/15/2017
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Drove in to have them troubleshoot basement A/C not cooling well. Compressor blew up in their parking lot while they were
looking at it...I was there & heard the 'boom'. They worked the phones with Good Sam ESP to get the most money for repair,
but ultimately I wanted a NEW unit rather than have another 15 year old part blow up later. They struck a fair price for
application of ESP money toward install (shipping) on new basement dual compressor unit. They pointed out why the unit
failed, showing me the parts and what they would do to make sure that wouldn't fail again. Offered to have me boondock on
their lot (locked gates) while new unit shipped from Cali. Declined because temps in the 80's and whole lot is blacktop.
Figuring the bill was a nightmare, and I still had to come up with a chunk of change for the new unit, but the ESP money
helped.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   This review is for the North Tuscon location in Marana.
Unit has run like a charm for the past year. Realized I'd overlooked giving them a good review when I was recommending them
to a neighbor heading to Tuscon. The two guys that pulled the dead unit and installed the new one had tools, a lift and
obvious know-how to get the job done in less than 4 hours. Complimentary dump site and potable water spigot on the way out
the gate was icing on the cake, since I had just come from a week boondocking. Everyone I met at the shop, from the gal at
the front desk, to the main mechanic and the guys in parts were as friendly and professional as you would expect. This is a
large operation, many bays for service, lots of work going on daily. I REALLY appreciated them getting my service done
since I had just asked them for a diagnostic, and ended up with a full blown replacement. Temps in Tuscon the day of the
install, when I rolled off their lot at 3:30 pm 100F, in February! Thanks to Freedom RV I wasn't stewing in my own sweat!

  Date of Service:   4/11/2016
  Work Done on:   Class C
Service Performed:   We were traveling in our new Winnebago class C motorhome when we experienced problems with our Onan generator which only had 4 hours of usage.
Any load would cause it to turn off. We arrived in Tucson and were told that Freedom RV was the Onan reps so that's where we headed. Although the
service department was extremely busy, the manager Brad White, seeing our distress at being held up and with reservations at the Grand Canyon,
somehow squeezed us in that afternoon. The problem was more complicated than it had appeared at first and new testing equipment was brought in and
he techs worked long and hard at diagnosing and solving the problem. A new control box was installed and our generator is working beautifully now.
Hours of work and all was covered under the warranty.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were very satisfied with the professionalism, and the good customer relations we experienced . Brad White and the technicians were always optimistic
that the problem would be resolved even though it was baffling. We were treated with kindness and respect by all the Freedom RV employees.

  Date of Service:   3/20/2015
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Boneheaded error on my part -- accidentally pulled out from a site with front landing jacks still down. Electric retraction/extension still worked on both
sides, but one leg was misaligned and had to be forced up inside the housing in order to travel. Called Freedom RV from about an hour away and they
agreed to look at it late on a Friday afternoon.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Without parts in stock, a full replacement would have required up to a 5 day stay ... and we had places to be. So they fixed me up with a temporary repair
that allowed both safe travel and adequate function until we can stop somewhere long enough for full replacement. We were back on the road within two
hours and they charged us labor only, threw in a new, slightly altered landing leg.
