inside slide seal worn out, needed replaced (discovered in rain storm as had water coming in over stove/couch..had to close slide and tip RV). Was there over
month, finally had to call and explain again the problem when checked to see if done. Gave them an earlier day to pickup to make sure we could have on time. Last few days before I called, called back to say was done. Not the neatest job on inside as seal shows above wood molding around slide out. They did put new control board in rear A/C (as wouldn't stay on) and new thermostat. Work was over $1100. Not sure worth that, but A/C works great. We need to be in "good" rain storm to check for any leaks. They aren't in any hurry for sure, but lots of RVs there for work when we pulled in. Will update later also. |

My husband says I'm picky, but like neat work done for finishing touches. Not a fan of seal sponge showing above inside molding. A/C works great. But took
several calls to make sure done on time! No hookups, sat with no electric that month. |

Could not have had a better experience. We had purchased some bad fuel while out-of-town and by the time we had driven 4 hours our system was shot.
Cobb & Sons luckily was close to where our motorhome gave up. They repaired and replaced fuel system, serviced the motorhome, and repaired our fridge that only worked on LP. |

| Service Performed: | I took my motorhome in to have to air condition repaired. This was done on June 1, it is now June 30 and it is still not repaired. I was called and said it was completed, got there and it was not. Mr Cobb is a great guy and knowledgeable about repairing. But his shop helps works at a snail pace. | ||

Roof leaked worse after he repaired it. Spent almost $5000.00 for him to repair it. Had to get someone else to re-do repair and replace ceiling because of
leak. We will never take anything back to him. |

Roof was leaking on street side. Instead of
repairing said leak, by the time they were finished, it was leaking all the way across the back, causing us to have to replace floor, carpet, and ceiling. I would not refer anyone to them. Had to have someone else fix his mistakes. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This company routinely services and repairs my Class A gas RV. Though not pretty or fancy, the facility is equipped to handle most Class A, B & C, 5th wheel trailers and even larger horse trailers. Except for being just a little slow sometimes, I have no complaints. Prior to this date, I was told the generator would probably have to be dropped out to be repaired. Upon further evaluation today, they were able to make the repairs in less than an hour without dropping the generator and at a fraction of the anticipated cost. | ||
