Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
New diesel coach. Several warranty issues.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Ron, the new Service Manager, has been brought in to bring things under control in the service area. His attitude is that you don't know what you are talking about and he does. If he does not think it is an issue, it does not get looked at. Several things were fixed correctly and several issues were ignored because Ron did not feel that they were issues. Several items that were repaired still do not work.
Monaco Las Vegas set up in a complex of buildings that are not designed for motorhome work. So there is no service parking and no one is allowed to stay in their coach overnight. There are no signs directing you to the service office, which is in a different building from sales. When you pick up your coach after service, you will find it parked in the dirt across the street.
