Beginning my journey from NJ to Kansas my Demco Kar Kaddy lights failed. At 4:00PM we stopped at Camping World for some shopping and I asked if they could squeeze me in to look at the lights. I spoke with Shawn, in service, and he agreed to fit me in. He said there would be no-charge because Demco wouldn't pay for service because Camping World doesn't sell Demco equipment. Shawn did the work anyway so I could get on the road. This is Customer Service to the ultimate. He finished way after quiting time with a quality job.

Had service department check our genset. The generator had been serviced recently (not by Camping World) but seemed to run rough and there were more fumes than it should have had.

Lenny in the service department did a thorough inspection and adjusted the carb. He concluded the unit needs a ring job. He spent about 45 minutes on the job and because of the recent service on the unit, didn't charge us a thing. We are regular CW customers and will continue to be!
