I took my motorhome in because the inverter quit working and needed to be replaced. My extended warranty would cover $1890.03 towards the cost. I
already paid Michael Hohl $139.00 to evaluate the inverter. Michael Hohl came back and wanted to charge $1046.28 on top of what the insurance would pay.
Michael Hohl wanted $2083.00 for the Xantex plus $695 for installation. I contacted Xantex to find a authorized dealer to check the cost of the inverter. I
was told that the retail price was $1300.00 plus shipping of 43 pounds UPS. The install is 4 bolts to remove, 2 battery cables and 3 romex wires, about 1 1/2
hours work.
Everything was warranty work. Normally they are only able to accept a few pieces of warranty work at one time. But since it was a slow time they did everything they could. The service was great and the service folks are very easy to work with. Margo was on the ball and kept things rolling along. She even went to bat for us when we were having a long, drawn out "discussion" regarding warranty work with Fleetwood. And we didn't even buy our RV at Hohl's.
Their parts guy, Mike, has to be one of the most knowledgeable we've met. He gave us ideas as to how to get wood stain to match our cabinets. He knew what we wanted and how to order that wood grain trim tape the shop guys use. He knew we could just replace the glass on the heated mirrors without buying the whole casing thus saving about $150. He knew the web site where we could order the glass. All this off the top of his head.
I'd recommend Hohl's in a shot.

All work was done professionally and all work was covered by warranty or at no charge. Time commitments were met and ire of buyers and owners of new Class A was handled with a smile-at least while I was there. Thanks for all your understanding and great work.
