| Service Performed: | Fix windshield that was leaking onto the dash from replacement by an RV Glass Solutions affiliate in Washington. The affiliate had really botched the job. | ||

RV Glass Solutions sent a tech from Coburg to our Salem RV Park to determine if it was safe to drive it down to Coburg for repair. He determined that it
was NOT safe and said he would inform management of the situation. The service manager called to indicate that he would be sending a crew, but that they needed at least 1 day of no rain. Since it was a typical Salem Oregon January (rain, rain and more rain) it took a couple of weeks for the weather to cooperate. Once it did, they were there. They are true artists! The care and precision that the crew took with the removal, cleaning, prepping and reinstallation of the huge glass was amazing and awe-inspiring. Unlike the guy in Washington. Well done folks! |

Called insurance company who referred me to RV Glass Solutions. They contacted RV GlassTech who ordered the replacement windshield, set up an
appointment at the campground and arrived promptly at the appointed time. Very knowledgeable and spent about two hours removing and installing new windshield. Very professional and installation was excellent. |
