| Service Performed: | A few warranty issues and insurance claim to repair storm damage. I originally had the unit at this dealership for warranty work (Glendale Titanium). I was informed that a recent hail storm had damaged rubber roof. They replaced the roof and a couple of vent covers. The roof was found to have many bubbles following repair, as well as literally hundreds of BB size bumps under the rubber layer. It is apparent that they did not take the time to prepare the roof prior to installing the rubber. Even though I had told them about two broken vent pipe caps they did not replace them. I have reported this to them on two additional trips into the shop for service and they still have not replaced them. Even when I told them I would replace myself it they would send them to me they sent the wrong ones. Each time I have taken my unit into this dealership for repairs they have either not fixed the reported problem, or have damaged some other portion of my unit. Last time it was in for a State Safety Inspection they damaged my television entertainment center and dinette. Unfortunately they are the ONLY warranty dealer in the state. | ||
