Service Performed:   Went in for charging problem, 6 days later got call, Oh its done. I asked for service manager, Greg told me its done, 1 week later, same problem, found out
that 1 guy had told Greg my lower unit needs replaced Greg didnt do it, just pushed it out the door.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I wouldnt take anything to Chiefs RV, avoid these idiots. it all comes from the owner, all bad.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Poor

  Date of Service:   10/3/2007
Company Contact:   Ron (owner) or Mike (service mgr)
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Replaced cracked/broken refrigerator door on Norcold 4-door refrigerator.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very professional. Day 1: the door was ordered, to arrive on Day 2. With permission, we dry-camped in the large parking lot. Day 2: wrong door was sent (not the door ordered). We spent another night in the parking lot. Day 3: slightly damaged door arrived. 2-3 weeks to get a (hopefully) perfect door. We were moving on; no time to wait. Mike and Bob worked to improve the slightly damaged door, which they then installed and fine-tuned. We were given a discount on the cost of the door (which looks perfect to us after their "improvements". Very friendly staff, very helpful. Their work and the discount for the imperfect door = excellent customer service. We would definitely return when in the area.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent
