| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Called previous day to get appointment. Came promptly the next day at 2 p.m. at agreed time to the coach. I had a spare pump. Tech, owner, replaced neatly and discovered a couple of other plumbing seals that were aged and replaced those. | ||

| Service Performed: | We ordered a new awning and thought we could install it ourselves, but upon further inspection, decided we should go to a expert. Found JTS and contacted them. They made us an appointment and quoted us a figure over the phone. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We arrived right on time, they had a work stall waiting for us. Two men started work right away, and worked solidly for 2 hours. They allowed us to watch and made sure we were happy with the install and operation of the new awning. They charged us exactly as quoted. They stock many RV parts and do all kinds of repairs. | ||
