| Service Performed: | Made appointment for several items to be done. Dropped unit off Monday morning where they reaffirmed service list that would take several hours only. Said I would pick up Thursday p.m. Came back Thursday about 3:30 p.m. and they had just started the agreed items plus the service writer "did not have time." | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Two items of six that were completed were fine. Total lack of caring by management with no explanation or anything was extremely poor!!!!!!!!!!!! | ||

| Service Performed: | Landing gear, roof work. | ||

Landing gear did not work when we went to pick it up, roof repair was shoddy but insurance company says as long as it did not leak it was OK. It did leak about 60 days later.
For some reason they opened a slide-out and when they closed it they crushed a recliner. |
