It was a Sunday. Called Albuquerque Freightliner at 2 PM. They were able to squeeze us in and replace the reservoir and refill the coolant. They were very accommodating with such short notice. Jack, the technician, knew exactly what to do and it the job was done is less that 1/2 hour.
They are open 6 AM to 12 PM Monday trough Friday and 6 AM to 6 PM on weekends. The only problem is that they have no where for you to stay overnight, but there are several campgrounds within 2 or 3 miles.

Camper had an issue with battery, and the top wouldn't lower because of it. This was a warranty issue.

After 1 week of no service, I decided to go get the camper and have it repaired somewhere else, some other time. The dealer charged me $45 for "diagnostics". However, even up to the day I picked it up, their claim was they haven't had time to look at it. After arguing that they had not diagnosed my camper, they wouldn't release the camper until it was paid.
This is the dealership that we purchased the camper from and the sale was just as painful. This dealer is deceitful, and very underhanded. I wouldn't recommend service or sales from this dealership. My entire experience has been aweful...poor doesn't even begin to describe it.

I called to see when my decals would be in and they said they were and they were to busy to call. They still have not completed work and this is Oct 2007. They never call or return calls to let me know what's going on with my decals and they still have not come in even though they said they did.

They failed to tighten lug nuts properly. We lost a tire and wheel on our first trip. This dealer refused to help us in any way. Would never let them touch our camper again.
