Collision damage, and update interior decor. I hit a yellow pole in a gas station and damaged the slide room and caved-in the wall and buckled the floor.
While it was there, I had the furniture and window valances reupholstered, and new laminate flooring. |

My insurance company's adjuster told me that Charlotte RV was THE place to take my RV. She was right, they did a great job, very professional and in a
reasonable amount of time. Lenny handled the paperwork with the insurance company, all went smooth. Tom was great to work with for the interior update. |

| Service Performed: | Fuel system repairs. The motorhome intermittently surged, ran rough, stalled or had low horsepower. | ||

They diagnosed the problem and then replaced the fuel pumps and distributor. Other shops had told me to bring it to them when it was acting up, they
didn't even want to look at it. Michael and his technicians scanned it and tested on the display (sorry, I don't know what that is called), and found the multiple problems. Now it runs better than past 3 seasons, and I feel safe driving it back home to Ontario. |

The cab-over area of my Class C motor home had rotted wood from previous rain water leaks. Charlotte RV did a great job of rebuilding the structure and
the interior trim. No one would ever know that it had been damaged. They even got rid of the mold odor. |
