BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE,
Notified me after attempted diagnosis that my windshield was broken. Windshield was not broken when delivered to McMahon's. 2 of their techs did walk around before accepting coach no cracked windshield was noted. They had the coach for 3 weeks when they notified me. They refused to repair my windshield. Their excuse was not responsible for any theft or damage. |

| Service Performed: | After buying my County Coach I had them look over some items that needed repaired. When I picked up my RV a month later, I went to get me camera after I came home and noticed my camera, play station, DVDs, etc. were missing. All the items were missing from the cupboards where they had my slides out. Around $5000.00 worth of items. So please be careful. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Awful. The owner never returned any of my calls. They are suppose to be a high-end facility. They are not. I also called them to reimburse me on a few items and they never returned my calls either. I had to go through my credit card company to get reimbursed. | ||

| Service Performed: | I have had my coach in 3 times for the same cargo latch to be fixed. It takes 2 weeks with appointment to get it back. I had to have the regional service manager get involved to cover a ten dollar part. Cruise control does not work and they do not want to fix even with extended service contract | ||

5th Wheel Trailer

| Service Performed: | Problems with slide out. Slider bound up causing side panels to separate from the body of the slider. Service repaired side panel but did not repair the problem of the binding. Slider also made a "squealing" sound when being operated which McMahon refused to address. | ||

McMahon also refused to give me a written estimate of the work to be done in violation of State Law (Business & Professions Code Sec. 9884.9) Would like to hear from any others who had McMahon do repair work without them giving a written estimate for repairs prior to commencing work. | Service Performed: | Various issues with coach purchased. Beware of these people. There work is Shoddy. Mechanics are untrained hacks. Costing me a fortune to undue what their mechanics did. Beware!!! | ||

These people will take shortcuts. Their mechanics are on flat rate programs and will do anything to get the work done quick. There is no quality or pride of workmanship.
I am spending thousands of dollars to fix the wiring that they destroyed while replacing my dash. The verdict is still out on whether they even did the work they said they did. Beware, Beware!!!! |
