  Date of Service:   7/1/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Winnebago Factory Recall - Repair refrigerator vent.
Reposition wheel covers to allow access to tire valves.
Repair Air Condition unit.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   HORRIBLE & UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE...In fairness, A/C was repaired OK.

Said Refrigerator recall was NOT needed. Winnebago has since contacted us and said it was MANDATORY. Sent us to Bill Plemmons in Winston-Salem to correct. Factory was VERY concerned about what College Park told us. Said to IMMEDIATELY shut off Propane and NOT use Refrigerator.

Put USED, DEFECTIVE valve extenders on front tires...leaked down...had to have road service. "Lost" one of the locking nuts on wheel cover. Would NOT replace.

Facility has a backyard "campground" for transients and construction labor. They store customers units there. Motorhome was NOT locked at night. Several items stolen. Contacted owner and he stated that coach was ALWAYS inside building during the 7 days it was there and was ALWAYS LOCKED. This is ODD as they only have 2 or 3 bays. Got hostile and told wife to NEVER bring coach there again. Dealership has "lost" the Holiday Rambler Franchise for "unspecific" reasons (service?). Do NOT believe the hype on website. Owner does NOT have the same values and pride as founders.

Entire Service Staff is uptight and disrespectful due to stress of the work environment.
