  Date of Service:   8/15/2014
  Company Contact:   Melanie Grantham
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   We purchased our Palomino Columbus 5th wheel in August 2013. Our living room A/C was not cooling properly. I contacted Melanie, and she was
instrumental in getting us in quickly (we were camping in the trailer) and having the A/C replaced in one day! Kudos to Melanie and the whole service
department.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was done quickly and successfully. Again, I would have no hesitation taking our trailer in for these very knowledgeable service experts to work on
our trailer.....which we did again for some warranty work. They spend time with you, answer your questions (I have a lot!), and treat you with respect.
Everything you look for in a good service department!

  Date of Service:   11/18/2010
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Warranty service on Heartland Landmark:
1. Insufficient LP flow to generator from one tank
2. Generator usage hours meter stuck on 0.
3. Auto level calibration needed
4. Dryer takes too long to dry
5. Refrigerator lock doesn't stay locked - door opened by itself and was dented.
6. Several window blinds not working correctly.
7. Window treatment mount and closet door latch broken.
8. Screen door plexiglas needed replacement.

In addition, I requested addition of a circuit breaker with a dedicated outlet in kitchen.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Everything was fixed in 2 1/2 weeks, most of which was waiting on vendors to return phone calls and send replacement parts. They coordinated all warranty repairs with Heartland, including determining that the refrigerator door was damaged due to a Heartland installation error. Heartland replaced the door.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   I bought a new fifth wheel at Camper Clinic II just a few months ago. While readying for my first vacation in my new RV I discovered that the A/C would reach a certain temperature and shut down and not come back on.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I called my salesperson Tina on her cell phone at 6:30 PM and explained my situation. She located the service manager and a service tech who stayed there and fixed the problem. (It needed a new thermostat) I had a great time on my first trip out. RV didn't stand for "ruined vacation" with Camper Clinic! Thanks Guys!
