This is my second RV bought from Tri-Am, quick service
when I take it in for its 6 months check, Purchased newest 5th wheel in Dec, added slide covers, quick to get them done. Shower door shattered first trip on road, replacement was better than factory. |

Poor. After the work done had brakes problems. They had been replace
just two years prior by this company. Finally replaced brakes in 11/2016. Also had an A/C replaced by this dealer 2 years ago and the thing has been problems ever since. This used to be a good place to have repairs done. |

| Service Performed: | Had some warranty work done on my Sunnybrook...while they were working on it, they realized that my power cord was causing some of the problems, and promptly fixed everything. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Had several minor repairs done to my Excel under warranty as well as replacing a broken grey water tank. Overall very good service, the only improvement would have been being able to talk to the technician directly. Parts and service were done in a timely manner. | ||
