On this occasion we had the A/C and the 3-way fridge (LP) checked out. Making a sale and wanted to get everything correct. Chesapeake RV has performed
various services on my 2007 RoadTrek SS Agile for a number of years. |

I've owned this RoadTrek SS Agile since 2007 (it is Apr 2016). I've had service done in three places: where I bought it (St Louis), in Staunton VA
(Overbaugh's), and Chesapeake RV Solutions. The folks at Chesapeake RV didn't miss a beat when it came to helping me with the RoadTrek. These units are built-in Canada, and sometimes it was a bit of a fuss to figure things out. The team at Chesapeake RV was always pleasant, helpful, and at the end of the day, successful in helping me get back on the road. These folks are professional and they have that human element so many places are missing. WELL DONE. Specific call out to Rob Conyers. Very helpful, very professional. We plan to be back in the RV world soon, and we will be coming back to this facility. Rely on these folks for your sales or service and you WILL NOT GO WRONG. |

Most, if not all of the problems that were not addressed properly the first time can be traced to failure to adequately describe the problem on our part. | ||
