| Service Performed: | Last November I stayed at only KOA in south east MA. My hot water tank was cutting out. Then the high pressure relief valve popped open. I tried a few things but I couldn't get anywhere. Then my neighbor suggested I call BradsRV.com | ||

Pop-up Trailer

| Service Performed: | Opened pop-up trailer at home after last trip, when closing it back up the front telescopic post got hung up while the rears continued to go down. Several attempts to loosen, rock and/or re-lift than close top resulted in same problem-front of the roof would not lower all the way down. Found Brad's service on line and called.. I needed help. Explained the situation to him. Even though I was somewhat out of Brad's normal area of service, he didn't just blow me off with that answer. He spent several minutes with me walking me thru the possible problems and the appropriate solutions, hopefully. With that info and a request to call him back to let him know how things worked out I gave it a try. As Brad suggested, WD-40 and some pulling in the right place did the trick..the camper top slipped pass the hang up and I was able to close it. I can sleep at night now, thanks to Brad. | ||

My new-to-us rig had some sort of small gas leak when we bought it. It ended up being a leaking pilot control on the stove.

I dropped Brad an email describing the problem and asked if he'd be interested in taking a look. That night he called very concerned with my problem and, even though I told him I wasn't using it, he was at my house the next day to check it out.
He ordered the replacement part that afternoon and was back to fix it as soon as it came in 2 days later. He also completely tested the propane system and now I'm in tip-top shape. This was all taken care of at my home. I didn't have to miss any work (left keys for him) and I didn't have the hassle of scheduling/dropping off/picking up the rig at a dealership. "Professional & Courteous". Brads RV Repair is now my #1 man. |
