The service was okay, but the troubleshooting of the overheating issue was a waste of time and money. Despite the fact that I told Jim this was a
significant difference from how it used to be he just did the perfunctory cleaning of the radiator (which was already fine) and suggested changing the filters
for the hydraulic pump that drives the radiator fan. Made no difference. He was sure it was because I just "wasn't used to the mountain grades in
Wyoming: he told me.
When I got back to California to a capable shop they quickly found that the hydraulic pump wasn't putting out the correct pressure and wasn't turning the
radiator fan nearly fast enough. Replaced the pump and instantly the problem went away.

Differential serviced, had been identified as a potential problem on their RV Checkup a couple of weeks earlier

RV checkup failed to identify transmission problem that crippled us about 1000 miles later. Expensive but generally pretty knowledgeable about RVs and showed me where everything was. Also, only place around Cheyenne that services large RVs.
