We lost the entire pin on one side of our tow bar causing some scraping of the aluminum and twisting of the mechanism. We called them (we were 1/2
hour away) they had us come right in pulled their service manager to immediately evaluated possible damage. Tightened up a bolt that was too loose. They charged us no labor. Only paid for new pin. Had us back on the road in about 1 hour. Super nice people. Rick the service manager is top-notch. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent. They handled the entire thing: Contacting the manufacturer, getting in a new unit and a first class install. Called me when it was done...AND THEN... we had the worst winter snow and ICE in 20 years. They put it on their secured repair lot and never charged or bugged me about coming to get it. Just said "wait till the roads aren't coated in ice. It was there about a month. Great folks. | ||
