  Service Performed:   We had so many issues from day one of purchasing our new Big Country 4010RD. Definition of customer service - NONE

  Service Performed:   Rubber roof maintenance, install solar powered refrigerator vent, install solar powered holding tank vent.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We had made an 8:30 AM Monday appointment. Service manager organized and professional. Started on time. One technician performed all of our work, also organized and professional. Finished by 1 PM. Extensive parts and supply store. We were very pleased with this Camping World facility. Note: We have often been very displeased with other Camping World locations, especially those who have RV Sales, 99% of effort goes to sales, this location does not engage in sales.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Failed to replace stop causing slide to extend too far resulting in damage to molding. Failed to re-fasten flooring. Lack of Quality Control follow up.

  Service Performed:   Awning leg had disconnected from rig. Had to reattach to rig and needed to create something for the bolts to grab into. No problem for them!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Quick and quality. They did the work immediately in less than 30 minutes and showed us exactly what they had done. That leg will never let go again! Cheap too - less than $50!
