Service Performed:
We have one of the Norcold refrigerators under recall. Called Mike who is an authorized service for Norcold. He came out the next day and took all the recall info and repaired the defect the next day. Very knowledgeable and fast work. I have used him on other occasions with the same results.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
He was aware of the recall and knew exactly what needed to be done. Very efficient and reasonably priced.
