Repair, replace motor on our rear bedroom awning. Aligned both
front and rear awnings while at our coach. Pat has assisted us time and again with maintenance and maintaining our coach. |

We have actually had Patrick do several jobs for us. First was the replacement of our Air Conditioner units (2 service calls about a year apart). We also had
issues with our hydraulic systems. |

Various repairs, mostly all ok as far as quality. However I found out from my warranty company that Mr. Monahan billed them and received payment for a
new microwave when he a fully only repaired my old one. He also installed a Fantastic Fan in our bedroom that quick working 2 months later.After the fiasco so the microwave, I no longer trust him to fix anything else. I tried to get the microwave situation resolved but Mr. Monahan refused. |

| Service Performed: | TV had no signal coming from antenna. Pat diagnosed the problem and replace the cable from the batwing to the roof of the trailer. TV worked perfectly and signal was strong. | ||
