Many things done over the past several years and
MOST ALL have had to be redone by Foretravel or repaired by others since I am a Full-Timer and was on the road before finding FLAWS/FAILURES and/or dealing with their poor workmanship! The *Coup de Gr�ce* was charging me $1400 to repair, for the second time, a WINDSHIELD FLAW inherent in Foretravel Unihomes which was supposed to have been rectified and *PAID FO*R previously....SCREW JOB! Just research windshield problems with Foretravel! Since Lyle Dean Reed took over from the Fore Family, this Company Sucks! |

I selected Foretravel service mainly on their recognition
as an HWH Master Service Center. The completed service took 5 weeks. After repair, several "O" rings failed and 4 check valve caps were not tightened. While sitting and driving, 6qts of hydraulic fluid leaked over a 7 month period. The pump assembly had a 12mo HWH warranty and a 3 month Foretravel labor warranty. Foretravel will not put those warranties in writing. 2/3's of my labor warranty expired while the coach sat during winter. Foretravel offers to work with me, but wants my promise to pay for repair if the leak wasn't their fault. The underside of the coach is bathed in hydraulic fluid and road grime. The pump assembly is saturated in hydraulic fluid. |

After an absolutely terrible experience at DeMontrond in Houston. I set up an appointment with Foretravel in Nacogdoches to have my coach
worked on to fix everything that DeMontrond had screwed up, plus some other things that I wanted done. Yes it is a little bit of a drive but it was well worth it. While you are there they have free RV hook ups for you so that you can stay on site with your bus until the work is complete. I thought that was pretty cool that someone would take that extra step to take care of their customers. I had them work on the electric awning, change the nozzle and filter for the Aqua Hot, change engine and transmission oils and filters, change oil and filter in the generator. Grease all zert fittings and check bearings and hubs. Change air dryer filter and inspect seals. The whole time there they respected my coach and treated it like it was their own. |

I was very impressed with the repair centers professionalism and the extra steps that the technicians took to protect my bus from grease,
scratches and dirt while working inside and outside of the bus. Each day they would lay down fresh work cloths on the floor and upholstery to keep from tracking in dirt or scratching. At one time I had 5 technicians working on the coach, each was helping one another and trouble shooting issues for repair. Any time I had a question about what was going on or what they were doing, they guys were more than eager to answer and to help. The staff was very respectful and professional at all times. It was truly a great experience and I had full confidence in the work that they were performing. The only complaint that I had was the charges for the engine oil and transmission fluid. The fluids were twice as high as anywhere else that I've been. Other than that the service was 5 star and beyond excellent.......I'll go back for sure. |
