| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Discovered the next day that 10W-30 oil had apparently been installed instead of 15W-40 appropriate for a diesel engine. Service Dept was closed on Saturday. Had proper oil change done at another dealer. Lube, oil and filter was billed at $69.95. Person contacted by phone indicated they would credit my card on 01/02/2007 for the cost of the work. | ||
