The trailer has full paint so it required filling, priming, repainting and clear coat to match the existing paint job.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Our entire experience at APR RV was excellent. We are full time RVers so the logistics of where we would live while the repair was done, and how long it would take, was on the top of our minds. The folks at APR were quick to offer to allow us to stay in our trailer on their secure lot while the work was done, which was quoted to take three days. They accommodated our schedule as well. All the folks we encountered were extremely welcoming. They made us feel right at home and even set us up with electricity. As for the quality of the repair, we couldn't be more happy. If not for having pictures of the damage we would have no way of knowing where it actually was. You can't just order the paint using the paint codes and expect the new paint to be an exact match with the old, and if you encounter a shop that expects to do that I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. Jake, their painter, did an excellent job of matching the existing colours. He is definitely a highly skilled professional. APR RV started the work on the day they agreed, and finished it within the three days that it was estimated to take. From a price point of view, APR RV was in the middle of the pack as compared to other quotes we got. John and Michael at APR RV/RV Seal told me the options that would work best for our budget and longevity. We settled on a complete reseal of all accessories on top as well as a new skylight and reseal with Rapid Seal on all related items. It was done extremely nice and IMO correct. Cleaned previous sealer that was cracking and used an ample amount of Rapid seal on all the areas. First hard downpour I was nervous but everything was sealed and zero issues. The front of the roof had developed wrinkles under and I was told by four other rv companies it would have to be replaced ($6,000 - $8,000) to fix the problem. Because they issued a lifetime warranty, APR recently repaired and recoated the roof with a different product. Their customer service is excellent.   Value of Service:   Very Good   Quality of Service:   Very Good       Date of Service:   3/18/2019   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   We had the repairs done at APR as a result of an insurance claim, in which the roof had to be repaired as well as several of the top-mounted items such A/C, vents, awnings, etc. While we were at it, we had a new satellite and WiFi extender installed, so the roof could then be sealed with all the components in place.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   APR Staff was diligent in working with our insurance company to get the work completed; very skilled and helpful in this regard. They were extremely communicative in that we always knew what was happening and at what stage the work was progressing towards. They were happy to show us the work in progress. They were upfront about any changes or questions, and the work was done on time. In fact, every time we stopped by there was a beehive of activity around our unit. Most importantly, the work was done very well. Pride was taken in their work right up to the last day where we saw how much effort went into cleaning up and taking care of last bits to make the finish perfect. All the newly installed components work well. We are very satisfied with the level of care, and attention our job was given. Removed and replaced AC units, awnings, vent fans, etc. Replaced the remaining old vent fan with new Fan-Tastic roof fan. Replaced old crank up TV antenna with new King Jack antenna. Installed new Maxxair vent covers. Repaired, remounted radiator grill panel.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   We can't say enough good about the quality of the work, the excellent service we received, the extremely professional, yet personal service provided by John, Susie, Michael, Chris and Emma. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The roof material got lost in transit (yes, they even showed me the emails from their vendor and shipping company). This extended our job by 5 days. Since we were not able to stay in our RV, as the job had already begun, we were in a motel. Even though the issue was no fault of theirs, they paid for our extra time in the motel as well as our food/meals for those days! Where else are you gonna get that kind of service! And all of the work performed was top notch. Would not hesitate to go back to these fine folks in the future. I'm writing this review in August of 2019, six months after completion of the work. Just got off the roof and it still looks as good as the day we picked it up. Damage to the front cap both left and right side, left front fender, extensive damage to the wire harness in the wheel well and trashed the auto level jacks control and hydraulic hoses. There was also damage to the left front storage compartment. I feared that this was going to be a nightmare getting a 19 year old motor home properly repaired. I did some research and found many positive posts on APR RV. I contacted Cindy Lewis at APR RV . That was the best choice I could have made. Cindy assured me that they could take care of all my repair needs. When I asked Cindy what I needed to do to get started she said "just open a claim with your insurance company Give me the claim number, drop off your motor home and I will give you a call when it is done." It truly was that easy.I dropped it off on 6/19 and drove it home on 7/25. Cindy contacted me with weekly updates and pictures.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   I can not say enough how impressed I am with APR RV. Fantastic falls short of the quality and care of the work performed.I did have one issue that I was not happy with (I am very picky) Cindy had me bring the motor back the next day and went above and beyond in taking care of it. The work APR RV did is exceptional. The preparation work was superb, with extremely close attention to detail. The paint and finishing work was amazing, with a perfect color match on a 2005 Tiffin Allegro Bay. It is impossible to tell any color and shade difference between the finished work and the rest of the coach. The end result is because of the quality of the people, extraordinarily fine. We stayed in the motorhome on their parking lot the entire time and had the opportunity to interact with all those who worked on our unit (while staying out of their way). Chris was the fabrication tech for our unit, Michael did the necessary caulking, and Adam and Brian did the painting and finishing work. It's my opinion quality work only comes from quality people and quality people only stay working for quality owners. John Parks was involved with every aspect of our stay; his attitude and attention to detail made the end result excellent. And we can't leave out Cindy, who stayed on top of all the office stuff. She kept us informed of when parts were arriving, interfaced with our insurance company, and made sure we had no surprises. And I don't want to leave out Emma. I don't know what her role is but she was a joy to chat with. Also replaced a torn slide cover, and repaired the electric step, which was bent and the motor damaged.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   They really did a great job. The body damage was under an insurance claim, and they worked with my adjuster to ensure everything was covered. The slide cover replacement (which was not covered by insurance) went smoothly, but they had a bit of issue getting the correct motor for the step (also not covered by insurance). To make up for the delay, they discounted the labor charge. All along the way, they kept me well-informed of progress and costs on the items I wanted, and I was surprised when it was ready, as I was not expecting it for another week or so. Cindy Lewis was not only sympathetic, but assisted greatly in getting my insurance adjuster to acknowledge the true value of my trailer and APR RV provided a reasonable repair estimate that allowed my trailer to be covered by my insurance without being totaled. This family owned business the best place to get an RV repaired without hassle. Having done significant research into the issue, we decided to replace our roof with the RV Flex Armor product. The closest location to our Seattle area home was APR RV in Mesa, Arizona. We contacted them and asked a million questions, but Cindy was extremely patient with us. We scheduled the installation and went to their location, where we met Cindy, Michael and Chris. You couldn�t ask for a more pleasant experience. The installation process went very smoothly and done as promised. The two layer product stopped the leaks immediately and have not returned after almost 2 years. We did encounter a problem a few months after the initial installation. As mentioned, this is a two layer process. The base layer is what really protects from leaks and has worked perfectly. There is a layer, really a topcoat, that puts a white coating on for cosmetic purposes only. That topcoat failed during our winter snows. We contacted Cindy, and she and Chris researched and found that they had gotten a bad batch of the topcoat product. They were quite accommodating to our scheduling. We returned to their facility and they got us in, re-coated and out very quickly, all under warranty. Cindy, Michael and Chris were again great to work with. They are the most customer centric company I have ever dealt with. We just completed (hopefully) another winter of snow and the roof has come through just great. With all the snow, no leaks, the roof is clean and looks great. We would highly recommend APR RV and the RV Flex Armor product. APR-RV also installed new skylight above bathtub; installed new vents for sewer system; installed new TV antenna, installed adjustable solar panel brackets which I supplied and rewired entire solar panel system (6 panels) as previous wiring left much to be desired. Michael also arranged to have our dual pane windows taken apart, cleaned and re-sealed.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work appears to be of very high quality with much attention to detail such as rework of solar panel wiring (new junction box and wiring was very professionally run), improving the MaxAir cover mounting brackets, and they discovered a crack/break in the ladder frame and repaired it (much better than original). As far as the FlexArmor roofing, there is virtually no portion of the roof where water can enter. In walking on the roof, it appears to be much more stable (less flex) than original. From the time we arrived in Mesa, AZ on a Sunday evening, Chris and Michael went above and beyond expectations to make our Experiences as pleasant as possible. Michael, Chris, Cindy and others working there were thorough with work details, very professional, yet very personable. The windows are like new and we can now enjoy the outside from the inside! These guys have repaired my Big Horn 5th wheel a couple of times. They worked on jacks that needed to be synchronized, some roof repairs, and added an a/c unit. Oh, they repaired the hitch structure when the rig came free from the hitch and landed on the bed rails of my truck-- twice. Then last year they worked on my Cougar 5th wheel. They are my go-to guys when I need work done.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   APR RV is not the cheap repair place. They do excellent work and they stand behind it. Chris has come to my storage to do trouble-shooting and get me going more than once; and he didn't gouge me in the process. They deal with insurance issues and keep hassles to a minimum. My valuation is Very Good, only because I don't rate any service excellent--there's always room to improve. The rubber roofing material blew off in route to Casa Grande, AZ taking my wife for chemotherapy at Cancer Center of America. APR RV in Mesa, AZ quickly took over our claim, got us into lodging, made all arrangement to quickly return us to the road and do the HARD WORK of handling insurance company with the CRAP Work company in Colorado after roof blowing off after only 2 1/2 weeks of being on. Plus they IMMEDIATELY identified all the other problems that the other company did, along with the Air Conditioner Parts they NEVER Replaced during roof repair. A Super THANKS to Cindy and her Team, who took CARE of all my roof issues & others, while I took care of my very sick wife. Not only was the roof aging, but due to a low hanging power line, our booster antennae broke and put a small hole in it. It never occurred to me that insurance might pay, but they encouraged me to ask--and they did!The Flex Armour roof is thicker and stronger than our old rubber roof and I know it will hold up better.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   They did a fabulous job, communicated well throughout the process and exceeded our expectations. Love having work done by detailed perfectionists! We added a few things while we were at it like Max-air vent covers and a new TV antennae. It all looks so great and I love that we won't have to caulk ever again! They said they would fix it at no charge to us since Rhino lining would not. They went above and beyond work done out of warranty. I also had them complete several other jobs while they had my trailer. Along with the roof replacement I had them replace the TV antenna and about 180ft of the decorative plastic strip covers on the sides of trailer due to sun damage. In addition to that I had the seals around my small slide removed and replaced, due to one side was failing and separating from the trailer. Since they don't personally replace these seals they were gracious enough to call someone and had them come to the shop and replace the seals. All this work was done in very reasonable amount of time and more importantly it was done to my satisfaction.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Based on all the work that was done by APR-RV and one sub-contractor I was and still am very grateful for a job well done! I would give APR-RV and the slide seal installer FIVE STARS. I would not hesitate at all to have APR-RV work on my RV in the future. I would highly recommend APR-RV to anyone who needs to put a FlexArmor Roof on there RV. Its not cheap to do, but well worth the cost especially knowing that my roof will never and yes I'll say never leak. I also will no longer have to go up on the roof and apply any caulk to anything. There's not one seam to have to worry about ever! Also I will never have to apply any conditioner to the roof, and maintenance is now a thing of the past with this new roof and I couldn't be happier. All the employees that I dealt with were kind, courteous and very professional. I give the staff Five Stars also. I'm so happy with the end results of the FlexArmor Roof that if I were to ever purchase another RV, APR-RV will be one of my first stops for the FlexArmor roof. Tires blowing out at the same time created quit a mess. My trip was cancelled and I limp home. All the crew is very pleasant and helpful including John, owner. He was most considerate regarding recommending not doing anything he thought could wait when it came to clear coat deterioration on the roof. He'd be glad to do it, of course, but said it could wait for a while without doing any damage. Accordingly, I decided to wait a few more years as it is not visible from the ground. As a full timer, I was able to live in the coach during the week long repairs. Have full timed for 25 years so been in more repair shops than I can remember. This is the first one where there was not some screaming horrible music blasting at full volume. There was music but pleasant and not too loud. That simple activity speaks to the quality and excellence of the entire crew. Their work was outstanding and done in less than the time originally quoted; a goal for all their customers as stated by the owner at the beginning. I did get another quote and APR RV was less for outstanding and professional work. While there, my entry door window showed the first signs of 'fogging.' This is the first window to do so in 9 years. A pleasant surprise was to discover the owner's son has been repairing these for a number of years doing as many as 30/day. He has a mobile operation, came to the coach and in 30 minutes made the repair on the spot for $100. He gives a 2 year written warranty and said because of the 3M seal he uses, it should be a lifetime fix. I've done a lot of research over the years as I knew it was simply a matter of time until the seals began to fail. His repair was much quicker and less expensive than I've read about elsewhere. He services the entire PHX area and possibly more if I recall correctly. I tried to remove a light post in a supermarket parking lot. I warp that sucker around the Light post. I took it to APR and told them what I did. Knowing I would never make my destination my that time I was ready for the bad news. I couldn't believe it when Jonnie said that it would be very possible to have it by that time. They had to work nights and weekends but sure enough it was ready. Understand, I damaged the entire front of my coach from generator rack to windshield nothing was left unscaved. They let us stay there while they worked on the coach and gave us a key to their gate to come and go as needed. As for the service department, we paid for an oil change and greasing of fittings. None of the fittings in the front were touched. Would not go back there for service, but their painting and repair are excellent and they stand behind it 100%. Would recommend them to anyone needing paint repair. The job was done so well that I could not tell where the original damage was. When painting was done they had to match the paint as I had no touch up in one color. He matched the paint so good that I could not see any difference. All in all APR did an excellent job. They used a team of two persons to complete the job. APR is very fair in their pricing and guarantee their work.
