| Service Performed: | I took our Foretravel coach in for an oil change, engine filter changes and drive shaft lube. | ||

In spite of the fact that I told them not to lube the chassis, they did anyway and lubed my Meritor air disk
brakes as well. They take a special high temp grease and should not have been lubed. Also, they only lubed one side of the drive shaft and added 2 quarts too much oil to the engine. So the initial service cost about $500, but the aftermath cost another $300 to get everything they did wrong fixed! Nice facility, but they don't know what they are doing when it comes to RVs. I will never go here again. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I dropped the 2006 Newmar Kountry Star off on Dec 3rd 2011, and told them I would pick it up on the 12th. They said they would get it in on the 6th or 7th. I went to pick it up on the 12th and they had not touched it. They said maybe the 12th or 13th they could look at it. Gave excuses about one guy cutting his finger and two guys out sick. Said I would be the first motorhome, but two others were sitting in their lot when I dropped mine off and they were still there. I will not do business with them ever. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This place works on anything that has a diesel engine, not just HDTs. But if you are in a hurry don't go here. They do not take appointments. It's first come first serviced. You will have to leave your unit and come back when they are finished with it. | ||
