  Date of Service:   4/12/2017
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   I had just bought a used Class A in Montana and it would die in the heat. Had it checked by Master -tech in Catalina but went
to RR for second opinion. I took rig in with a previous diagnosis of fuel pump and estimate of $3,000. They let me leave it
(for free) 4 months while I went home to Alaska. I called them a month before returning so they'd know.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They presented me a bill for $716 turns out they decided to check it out themselves and found fuel filters clogged with silt
and pumped tank out, cleaned, refilled. The bill included a tank of fuel Never a problem since. Found them to be honest, and
easy to deal with.
  Value of Service:   Excellent

  Date of Service:   2/24/2016
  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
Service Performed:   I tried four times to make an appointment for the tech to come for $45 travel fee and $89/hour to look at my Weekend Warrior breaker box wiring. Instead,
I was told in August on the phone without checking that I needed new brakes and new magnets (a very expensive and incorrect fix). I contacted them again
in February 2016, was told to drive in and they'd talk to me about the photo I emailed of my breaker box. Instead, they handed me a 7-pin Bargman
connector diagram and drew out typical connections to most trailer on the back.

I called again another day, trying to pay for that appointment with a technician. He told me to drive my truck in. I told him my truck checks out (5 times)
and it is fine. He insisted. I did. He tried to sell me a more expensive brake controller in the truck, then when I wasn't looking snuck outside, crawled under
my truck, and appears to have switched some wiring. He told me (now that the plug on the back wasn't testing right, as it always had before) that I had to
bring the truck in Friday and had to buy a new controller and pay him to rewire the truck. But I took it elsewhere, and it was put back correctly, as it had
been always been, correctly wired before by U-Haul and other professionals.

So I've never been able to hire that AZ Roadrunner RV technician to come to look at my trailer beaker box and see that its wired up correctly after a
neighbor messed it up. Or to check out why my trailer brakes lock up. After apparently sabotaging my truck, which had been fine, and demanding I bring it
there, I don't feel safe hiring them to work on the trailer, which is what has a problem that needs fixing.

The tech did do work on my truck that was inappropriate. There is no reason to crawl under the truck and mess with wiring before calling me outside to
watch the volt meter fluctuate now on all 7 pins like a ferris wheel. I had previously bought a volt meter and tested it with Arizona's main U-Haul
technician on the phone, and it was fine. I suspect he moved some wires under the truck, which were later discovered to be wired wrongly.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I'm sad to say, dishonest. My neighbor recommended them as fair and not too expensive. But he's a sheriff. I'm a woman.

  Date of Service:   11/12/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Oil change and lube
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Never go back! I spent the three hours picking nails and screws off the shop floor, as the mechanic spilled the oil, spilled battery acid, spilled transmission fluid and spilled even the windshield washer fluid. Not worth the $80.00 per hour rate.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Poor
