| Service Performed: | Replace slide rams, replace toilet seals, replace A&E awning and frame, etc. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Rams charged for but never touched had to take to another dealer to fix. Toilet seal was replaced but tape and cardboard over sealing service leaked again and had another company replace. Awing still does not work right. I have talked to the service manager and the owner all for no real satisfaction. He did give me back $600 of the over $2000 I spent there and said he had fired the two techs who worked on my unit. I had a lot of work done there trying to get a used RV back to perfect shape. I cannot think of one thing they did that has either worked right or was actually done. | ||

| Service Performed: | Started right after sale. Wrong fireplace. Ordered replacement border and was sent the wrong one. After Hurricane Katrina, we needed replacement parts: entry door, graphics, roof access ladder, and skirt metal. They required us to bring unit to them 120 miles away. They took all measurements and said they would order parts. They called next day and asked me to get a measurement for them. Uncalled for after taking it to them for that. They ordered parts and after 8 weeks, the wrong size door came in and some of the graphics were missing. I called and complained about getting wrong parts when I had made the 250 mile trip and was told then that the trip was unnecessary since all they would have needed was the VIN. They reordered the door and after another month and a half, we got the correct door. Still no more graphics, so I had to make my own replacement graphics. I was tired of dealing with their incompetence. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Country Creek is basically a "sales" dealership. Although they have a large service center, they lack "customer service". After the sale, they don't care about your needs any longer. | ||
