Very Poor.. Service tech did not know how to release locks allowing generator to slide out in front of motorhome. He instead pressed the button for the living room slide without disengaging locking arms. This resulted in arms being twisted out of shape and not allowing living room slide to retract.
Management was less than apologetic with comments such as "things happen" we'll get it fixed. New locking arms have to be ordered from Newmar |
