| Service Performed: | During the purchase process they found a defect in our refrigerator. Rather than dump it on us they called and apologized for an additional delay in delivery but needed two days to order and replace the unit. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness in the PDI process. Rarely have I dealt with a more honest company. | ||

| Service Performed: | Driving by dealership enroute to Maine, with a wheel bearing loose and noisy. Service was very busy, but they found time for my problem. Wheels checked, regreased, tightened and back on the road in less than two hours. They sell Crossroad Crusers, so said no charge. | ||
