Check engine light came on intermittently. We traced the code to the EGR
system. We were an hour from this shop. We called Cummins Redding first but they could not see us for 10 days. Freightliner said to come in and they would help us even though we have a Spartan chassis. We pulled in and they immediately diagnosed and ordered the part. We returned a few days later to have it installed. Great installation and reasonable price. Glad we didn't go the Cummins as they would have charged us an addition $300 just to diagnose what we knew we needed. Great people and service at Freightliner Redding. Highly recommend. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They were very courteous and friendly. We had a bad air leak and we needed to be in Southern Ca for an appointment in a few days. We took the Motorhome in on the 16th in the afternoon. They explained everything they were going to have to do. They had to order the part from Reno. They had us on the road by noon on the 17th. I have never experienced any quicker or friendlier service. We highly recommend them. | ||
