Electric water heater not working.
Slide out sliding window stuck. Fender skirt cracked. Door window slid down (Should be solid) Trim around door coming apart. |

All work was done while the unit is still under warranty.
The work was done in less than 1 day, and I left the trailer there until the next Sat. when I could pick it up. When calling, they get the answers right away, or call you right back. |

| Service Performed: | We had a Dexter Axle on the right front side that when backed up onto a block to level the wheel went forward and up under the wheel well. We were only 30 days out of warranty. It took 3 weeks to replace the axle and 30 days to have Dexter pay for all repairs. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | At the end of the 30 days, I received word from Don Anderson that I could pick up the trailer as Dexter paid "in full". I thanked Don for staying on top of this, and also Dexter Axles for covering the defective axle! | ||
