Date of Service:
12/13/2004

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Had engine service light come on and some questions about the chassis which was then new to me.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Seemed like a competent mechanic who was very helpful. However, constant bickering among the staff about their diagnostic tools slowed things down. Then there seemed to be no one who could use their billing system to charge me for the mechanics time used to give me advice. Service desk seemed dysfunctional. More time to create a bill than to do repair. Since then I have tried to have them repair a faulty in dash AC and was told they would not work on motor homes even though my unit is on a Freightliner chassis. I was told to go the the Freightliner service center in Dayton, OH
