| Service Performed: | Generator was having problems for 2 years and no one could help me here in town. I took my rig to Cowboys and they fixed it in 2 days and had the needed parts in stock. It was a dream come true. The 2 year problem was fixed and now my wife has agreed to go back on the road again. Thank you to the team at cowboys. VERY VERY POLITE DEALERSHIP. | ||

5th Wheel Trailer

Buy new 5er.
Transfer from old 5er to new 5er 2000 watt inverter fully wired in to 5er. Have springs put over axle. Bicycle rack platform and all mounting hardware from old to new 5er. All included in price. |

The inverter burned a board one week later, was wired incorrect to breaker panel. Manager said I did not ask for a warranty so not covered. Had trouble with one spring hanger bending dealer said fix will cost $200 no warranty.
This was my negotiation or lack of. But I will never go back to this dealer. |
