  Date of Service:   4/5/2007
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Coach is 10 months old. Had a list of six warranty items that needed fixing, e.g. Awning material pulling out; bedroom TV wouldn't stay latched in closed position; closet door wouldn't stay closed; door awning only worked intermittently; interior cabinet separating.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   All repairs done in timely and workmanlike manner. Service Manager (Rod) spent time when I checked the coach in - and went over all items when I picked the coach up. Very satisfied.

  Date of Service:   2/13/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   I was towed in to them as they were a Fleetwood dealer and I had a dead engine. They ended up replacing the engine, but they contracted the work out and many things were left undone or done wrong. Also took them over 2 months to do the work and they had the engine in stock.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very poor workmanship and communication. The estimate was ridiculously high, but even at that, they completely overshot it claiming they had missed some things in the original estimate. Almost 10k for a rebuilt long block 460 Ford motor installed! Then I also discovered the front swaybar was actually reinstalled upside down!

  Date of Service:   4/10/2005
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Approximately 10 warranty items
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They had unit for 6 weeks and did poor work. Worst was work on a slide which was dragging. There fix was to cut off trim instead of adjusting slide. Needless to say it started dragging again. Avoid them if possible.
