I was getting ready to head south for the winter, while going through my check list, operating all the essentials, water
heater, heater, fridge, etc. I found that my furnace was not operating at all. I was panicking as I needed it on the road
south. I tried to call my old service department, and they pretty much laughed at me due to Christmas being so close.
I finally got hold of someone at Freedom RV, they not only did not laugh, they told me to bring it inn right away. At this
point I was willing to have them put in a new furnace, but the general manager told me that it would not take long to
trouble shoot it. They were able to repair it in a couple of hours, and I was on my way.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
They did an excellent job, at a very reasonable price.
While waiting for the work to be completed, the general manager told me that their dealership was looking to make a
reputation of not only selling RV's, but repairing RV's correctly. Seems like they are on the way!
