Two issues:
1. Starter motor on diesel engine failure 2. Repair front end from towing damage Fix for #1 was straight forward, job was done promptly and correctly after RV was towed to the garage. Fix for #2 required rebuild of generator slide rails, rail motor, and front cap fiberglass fix & painting. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
The RV body work and painting were done very well, no
complaints. The owner, Barrett, dealt with the towing company's insurance on our behalf. Very smooth process from our perspective. All the guys at Westerdahl's busted their butts to get us fixed up as quickly as possible. They allowed us to stay in their garage for 1+6 nights while addressing our issues, providing 20A electric. A few of them even offered to let us visit their homes to use showers...now there is Maine hospitality! Note: this a 'do not judge the book by its cover' outfit as the place needs a good Spring cleaning but the people are solid. |
