We were on our first day of camping when the front door
deadbolt jammed and we couldn't get back in. We were recommended three different RV repairs, and I'm so glad this is the first call I made. Eric was kind, helpful, and very clear on the call about what might need to happen and how to work with our extended warranty insurance. He was able to make it to our campsite within an hour of the call, tried everything he could to save the lock, but then finally had to drill it out and replace it. He was friendly, fast, and compassionate, which was especially appreciated considering my situation and my stress level. I didn't know what we were going to do if we couldn't get someone to come out and help us with dinnertime looming and all of our stuff locked inside. I highly recommend and will use them (well hopefully never!) should the bad luck arise and we need help with our RV. |
