The check valve in our hot water tank broke, not
allowing any hot water to the coach. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
Kevin responded to our SOS with an hour or so and
showed up at our camp site in a timely manner. He was even able to reschedule another customer so that we could get back on the road as quickly as possible. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get the part we needed locally. Aces to the repair was in an impossible location, but he managed it and got it repaired within about an hour. He was kind, courteous and very professional. If his services were needed again, I wold not hesitate to call him. |
