Single entry step quit working. Suspected step motor had failed. Staying in the Kennewick Columbia Sun RV Resort for 4
days. Called Broadmoor RV and asked if they had mobile service, they did not but recommended TD Mobile RV. Called Doug, who was on vacation, but put me in touch with his brother who was handling service calls. Got a call at 5: 00 p.m. asking if he could stop by and diagnose the problem. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
Problem was diagnosed to be the Coach Step motor. At 5:00 p.m., took motor to look for a replacement part. Next day, part
was located and technicians began the installation in the afternoon. Took an hour and a half to change over the electrical connection and install the motor. Function checked OK and when job was completed, step operated quieter then before it failed. They took the time to interrupt their other jobs to fix our entry step. |
